Description

You will design, develop, and maintain citizen-facing Drupal websites and Qualtrics integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and review site updates.
• Execute Drupal upgrades, core updates, module updates, and security patches.
• Develop custom themes and integrate third-party plugin technologies.
• Manage website content migration, data archival, and user access permissions.
• Design and implement surveys, dashboards, and reporting using Qualtrics.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience with Drupal CMS, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• 8 years of experience in Adaptive and Responsive Web Design.
• 5 years of experience with Acquia for Drupal application support.
• 5 years of experience with Git, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
• 5 years of experience with Google Analytics and customer experience analytics.
• 5 years of experience designing and building surveys with Qualtrics.
• Remediate accessibility and readability to meet WCAG 2.1 AA regulations.
• Test features across all user types, devices, browsers, and environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with chatbot technology and search improvement initiatives.
