Description

Lead technical design and development across the Duck Creek platform, owning end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design mapping specifications, High-Level Designs (HLD), and Low-Level Designs (LLD).
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for Duck Creek development teams.
• Execute full-cycle development including coding, unit testing, and configuration management.
• Identify and rectify complex system defects using TSV Debugger, Trace monitor, and Data Tester.
• Manage integrations and oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Duck Creek Developer or Implementation Specialist.
• Deep expertise in Duck Creek Policy, Billing, Claims, and Data Insights.
• Hands-on experience with Author, Server, Express, Manuscripts, Transact, and Rules.
• Proficiency in XML and XSLT.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Configuration Management.
• Technical experience in personal, commercial, or specialty lines of insurance.
• Experience managing system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• AIINS or equivalent insurance certification.
• Experience with customer interfacing and technical presentations.
