Description

Lead the design and implementation of Duck Creek solutions across policy, billing, claims, and data insights modules.

Responsibilities

• Design technical specifications including mapping specifications, HLD, and LLD.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for development teams working on the Duck Creek platform.
• Execute full lifecycle development including coding, unit testing, and configuration management.
• Identify and rectify complex system defects using TSV Debugger, Trace monitor, and Data Tester.
• Manage system integrations and ensure alignment with SDLC standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Duck Creek implementation.
• Deep expertise in Duck Creek PAS, Billing, Claims, and Data Insights.
• Hands-on experience with Author, Server, Express, Manuscripts, Transact, and Rules.
• Proficiency in XML and XSLT.
• Strong knowledge of Configuration Management and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience with personal, commercial, or specialty insurance lines.
• Ability to manage technical integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with platform upgrades, template upgrades, or Express 3.0.
• AIINS or equivalent insurance certification.
• Experience with customer interfacing and technical presentations.
