Description

Lead technical delivery of Duck Creek Billing implementations across US, Canada, and India.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement core billing components including Agency Bill, Direct Bill, and Commissions using Duck Creek Billing OnDemand 8.x.
• Own technical solutioning for enhancements and client-specific custom configurations.
• Support Technical and Solution Architects with architectural decisions for complex projects.
• Create and review project estimates, providing technical domain consultation for proposals.
• Mentor developers, build team competency, and create technical training artifacts.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in Duck Creek Billing configuration, integration, and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Manuscripts and inheritance modeling.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, .NET, and C#.
• Experience with XSLT transforms and SQL database queries and procedures.
• Proven track record with both on-premise and OnDemand programs.
• Experience implementing 3rd party integrations to Duck Creek Billing.
• Experience working with Internal Collections.
• Ability to manage environment configurations and technical design tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Duck Creek Insights or Clarity.
