You will act as a Business Analyst specializing in Duck Creek Claims within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements by interacting directly with business users to define functional flows and application interactions.
• Produce technical documentation including BRDs, User Stories, requirements catalogues, and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to support system changes.
• Manage user acceptance testing by writing and executing test cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Claims.
• Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and functional flow analysis.
• Ability to develop data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams.
• Experience with UML techniques and process mapping.
• Strong documentation skills for business-level definitions and diagrams.

• Degree in any graduate field.
