Description

Lead technical development and implementation within the Duck Creek Claims system, owning the build lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Enterprise Solution Architects to design technical solutions and implement products based on stakeholder requirements.
• Build and configure Duck Creek Claims forms, managing manuscript versioning and configuration.
• Debug Duck Creek component issues and deliver technical solutions to support platform stability.
• Integrate third-party services, including ISO, Pitney Bowes, and database systems, with the Duck Creek platform.
• Manage technical delivery using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of experience with the Duck Creek Claims System on P&C Commercial Specialty Insurance.
• 3-4 years of experience implementing Duck Creek Claims forms.
• In-depth knowledge of the Duck Creek Platform, including Example Author Server, CBO Express, and Skins.
• Expertise in Duck Creek Policy Author Manuscripts configuration and XSLT transforms.
• Strong experience with SQL database queries and stored procedures.
• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript, .NET, and C#.
• Background in Test-driven development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Behavior-driven development (BDD).
