Description

Act as the functional lead for data insights and ETL product development within the Property and Casualty insurance domain. You will drive the creation and management of functional design documentation for new and existing applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution leads, and architects to gather requirements and align technical output with business goals. Support data insights initiatives by focusing on ETL processes. Coordinate with IT personnel to ensure thorough documentation and efficient data processing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong background in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Experience working with ETL products and Extract, Transform, Load processes.
• Proven ability to produce and organize functional design documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with technical architects and solution leads.
