Description

Act as the functional lead for data insights and ETL product development within the Property and Casualty insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creation and management of functional design documentation for new and existing applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution leads, and architects to gather requirements and align technical output with business goals.
• Support data insights initiatives by focusing on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Coordinate with IT personnel to ensure thorough documentation and efficient data processing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong background in Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
• Experience working with ETL products and Extract, Transform, Load processes.
• Proven ability to produce and organize functional design documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with technical architects and solution leads.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Duck Creek Insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
