You will develop and maintain Duck Creek Policy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Duck Creek Policy solutions.
• Implement and maintain business rules, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Develop custom components, integrations, and enhancements within the Duck Creek platform.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Duck Creek development, focused on Policy.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of insurance business processes and systems.
• Experience with Duck Creek configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with XML.
• Experience with Oracle or MySQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in XML/XPath.
• Experience with Duck Creek Author, Product Studio, Express, TransACT, and User Admin.
