Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of reinsurance projects, managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets from planning through execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget to align with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Oversee integration of reinsurance systems and processes for smooth implementation.
• Track progress, resolve technical issues, and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct project reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience with a track record of successful delivery.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project.
• Experience managing projects within the reinsurance industry.
• Working knowledge of SICs or similar reinsurance systems.
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional resources.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
