Description

Support business process analysis and testing for the implementation of a benefits calculator for North Carolina citizens.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document current and future state process workflows and data flows.
• Develop Visio documents including entity relationship diagrams, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams.
• Modify, document, and review business requirements, functional requirements, and technical specifications.
• Execute functional and integrated testing, including UAT support and test case scenario development.
• Document gap analysis and track deliverable progress against the project plan.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for workflow and diagramming tasks.
• Experience documenting functional requirements and technical specifications for new and existing applications.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Experience with UAT support and documenting gap analysis.
• Ability to use N.C. Department of Information Technology Business Analysis tools and templates.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management best practices and principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex assignments with competing timelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Orbus iServer365 for documentation storage.
