Description

Lead quality engineering for complex data warehouse and ETL processes. Own test coverage, strategies, and QA standards for integrated data systems.

Responsibilities

• Define test approaches and maintain QA best practices for data pipelines.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and perform data comparison across XML, CSV, and multiple database types.
• Coordinate with development teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage UAT scenarios.
• Prepare monthly QA KPI metrics, RCA for production defects, and present QA architecture to leadership.
• Review test designs and provide accurate QA estimates for team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• 8+ years of dedicated DB/ETL testing experience.
• Expertise in writing and executing complex SQL queries, including joins, functions, and keywords.
• Proficiency in testing data flows, XML data types, and data comparison.
• Experience with test management software such as JIRA.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services and tools.
