Description

Design and implement cloud-based contact center solutions, including Amazon Connect architectures and integrations with CRM platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement contact center cloud-based products and solution architectures.
• Build contact flows and manage integrations using AWS Lambda and Lex.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other leading CRM platforms.
• Analyze technical requirements to drive effective call center routing.
• Mentor team members through knowledge sharing and execute projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in customer service technologies and contact center domain.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and Contact Flow Design.
• Proficiency in Python, JSON, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CRM platform integrations, specifically Salesforce and ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio products.
• AWS Solutions Architect – Associate certification.
• Any Graduate degree.
