Description

Lead quality engineering for Azure data technologies and large-scale migrations.

Responsibilities

• Execute lift and shift migrations of applications and ETL processes to Azure.
• Design and implement test cases for ETL and data migration solutions.
• Write Python scripts to automate testing workflows.
• Monitor and report on SQL performance and tuning.
• Create and maintain technical business process documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Lead Quality Engineer.
• Hands-on testing with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake, and Synapse.
• Proficiency in Azure Databricks (ADB) and PySpark.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in performance tuning.
• Experience with ETL migrating processes.
• Proficiency in Python for automation testing.
• Experience with application monitoring tools.
• Performance testing using HP LoadRunner or JMeter.

Preferred Skills

• Development experience with Azure data stack.
• Experience with IBM DataStage and DB2.
• Knowledge of Spark and Python development.
