Description

Design and implement security models, workflows, and plugins for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Own the full development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and quality assurance for CRM systems on cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customizations using C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server.
• Configure business rules, form customizations, and console jobs for CRM administration.
• Implement data tier components and services using SSIS and SSRS.
• Integrate upstream and downstream systems via REST, OData Web APIs, Kingswaysoft, and Azure Functions.
• Set up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems using standard DevOps tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development.
• Strong proficiency in C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server development.
• Hands-on experience with MS CRM SDK and MSD Developer Toolkit.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF controls for integrations.
• Proficiency in SSIS package development and SSRS design.
• Experience with Azure services, specifically Azure Functions and Service Bus.
• Knowledge of 3rd party integrations using Middleware Tools (Kingswaysoft) and APIs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power App Portals and Unified Service Desk (USD) customization and deployment.
• Experience migrating Dynamics and USD configurations between environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
