Description

You build and deploy backend web applications, handling server-side processing, data storage, and frontend integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop web applications using open-source languages (Ruby, Python) and frameworks (Django, Rails).
• Develop and consume web-based, RESTful APIs.
• Test applications using test-driven development techniques.
• Author developer-friendly documentation for APIs and deployment operations.

Required Skills

• Minimum four years of experience in backend web applications and best development practices.
• Proficiency in one of these languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript, or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience developing relational and non-relational database systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
• Knowledge of web application fundamentals, including security and session management.
• Experience developing scalable search technology (e.g., ElasticSearch, Solr).
• Working knowledge of team methodologies such as Scrum or Lean.

Preferred Skills

• Strong coding skill in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Experience with SQL Server 2012 or later and creating stored procedures.
