Description

You will lead the development and architecture of solutions within the Dynamics CRM ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead development using Microsoft CE application development.
• Design and implement integrations between D365 CE/Power Platform and SAP ERP systems for pricing, billing, and financial data.
• Develop features leveraging AI and Machine Learning within Power Platform solutions.
• Implement contact center capabilities, including ChatBOTs and Natural Language IVR.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM/Dynamics development.
• Expertise in Microsoft CE application development at Lead Developer or Architect level.
• Strong hands-on experience with D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.
• Experience integrating with SAP ERP for financial and billing systems.
• Knowledge of payment processing, digital wallets, and P2P payment methods.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps, and DynamicCRM.
• Azure AI Fundamentals or equivalent AI/ML certification.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Information Systems or equivalent experience.
