Description

You will design and implement technical solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, mapping client business requirements to architectural offerings.

Responsibilities

• Create high-level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps, and technical documentation.
• Execute complex CRM configurations, customizations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Implement best practices for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Develop and maintain Model Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Canvas Apps.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in development or support roles within Microsoft environments.
• Deep expertise in MS Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and D365 Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Canvas Apps.
• Proficiency in Ms Dynamics 365, Power Bi, Css, Html, Sitecore, and Asp.net.
• Experience with Power Pages and AI Builder.
• Knowledge of Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and communicate customer vision.

Preferred Skills

• Proven experience with CRM configuration and customization.
