Description

Architect and build production-grade enterprise systems on the Dynamics 365 platform while leading engineering teams through analysis, build, and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Dynamics 365 solutions, including platform configuration, custom development, and system integrations.
• Convert functional business requirements into technical specifications and design deployment architectures.
• Lead engineering teams through analysis, build, and deployment phases while performing code reviews and technical mentoring.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and implement testing strategies, including unit testing and code coverage.
• Manage non-functional requirements such as security, reliability, performance, and scalability.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Deep expertise with the latest version of Dynamics 365 and CRM SDK.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Visual Studio.
• Hands-on experience with PowerApps, including PCF component development and Power Automate.
• Proven track record of implementing CRM integrations using web services and APIs.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines specifically for Dynamics 365 projects.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Azure cloud services.
• Experience implementing application security including RBAC and SSO.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service management and inline editing features for Office documents.
