Responsibilities
- Design and document technical architecture solutions that include cross-system integration and authentication.
- Define, communicate, and manage technical change and release management processes for Dynamics 365 efforts.
- Identify technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis directly with customers.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues and resolve problems under pressure.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- 5+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages.
- 5+ years of experience in Database Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Network, and Application Support.
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.
- 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Azure platform.
- 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Network and Application Support.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD release management.
- Proficiency with Azure Communication APIs and Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation and present findings to various audiences.
