You will design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, including system integration and authentication.

Responsibilities

  • Design and document technical architecture solutions that include cross-system integration and authentication.
  • Define, communicate, and manage technical change and release management processes for Dynamics 365 efforts.
  • Identify technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform requirements gathering and analysis directly with customers.
  • Troubleshoot complex application issues and resolve problems under pressure.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
  • 5+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages.
  • 5+ years of experience in Database Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Network, and Application Support.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.
  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Azure platform.
  • 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure/Network and Application Support.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD release management.
  • Proficiency with Azure Communication APIs and Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prepare detailed technical documentation and present findings to various audiences.
