Description

You will design and document technical architecture solutions for Dynamics 365, including system integration, authentication, and release management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and document technical architecture solutions spanning multiple platforms, focusing on cross-system integration and authentication.
• Define, communicate, and manage technical change and release management processes for Dynamics 365 efforts.
• Identify technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and troubleshoot complex application issues under pressure.
• Perform requirements gathering and analysis directly with customers and prepare detailed technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Automate and Power Pages.
• 5+ years of experience in Database Architecture, Infrastructure, Network, and Application Support.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Service Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD release management.
• Proficiency with Azure Communication APIs and Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to present technical findings to various audiences.
