Description

You will design and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Lead technical implementations to ensure best practices and optimal system performance.
• Provide strategic guidance on integrating Dynamics Co-pilot to enhance CRM capabilities and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
• Conduct architectural reviews to ensure continuous improvement and system scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Deep understanding of CRM architecture and design principles.
• Proven expertise in integrating and leveraging Dynamics Co-pilot within CRM environments.
• Strong technical leadership and project management skills to mentor technical teams.
• Ability to engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
