Description

Design technical solutions and implementation plans for Dynamics 365 while taking full ownership of solution architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solution designs and relay them to the development team with ongoing guidance.
• Mentor technical resources in architecture, governance, and new Dynamics 365 technologies.
• Design business processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and external applications.
• Lead analysis sessions to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations.
• Execute data migration activities and perform application testing for configurations and customizations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and DevOps principles.
• 5+ years of experience with deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
• 5+ years of experience with GitHub or git-based source control.
• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Power Platform / Dataverse).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, SDK, Web API, Plug-ins, and Custom Workflows.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Visual Studio, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Experience with Power Automate, Custom Pages (React JS), and Azure Function Apps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VS Code, .NET Core, TypeScript, or NodeJS.
• Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Key Vault, and Managed Identity.
• Experience with Solution ALM and Power Apps Component Framework (pac cli).
