Description

You will design, develop, and customize CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE applications, including Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations.
• Implement data migration and integrations using Web APIs or third-party tools.
• Work with Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within CRM solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
• C# and .NET.
• JavaScript.
• FetchXML.
• Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Dataverse.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Azure services and DevOps tools.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
