Description

You will develop and maintain MS Dynamics 365 solutions across online and on-premises environments, owning the full development lifecycle from analysis to quality assurance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design security models and implement out-of-the-box configurations for CRM systems.
• Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, and form customizations.
• Implement integrations using middleware tools, APIs, or SSIS packages.
• Set up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.
• Manage console jobs and perform CRM administration tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience with MS Dynamics 365 and earlier versions.
• Proficiency in C#.Net and JavaScript.
• Strong MS SQL Server development, including SSRS and SSIS design.
• Experience with MS CRM SDK and MSD developer toolkit.
• Hands-on expertise with REST and OData Web APIs.
• Experience using Azure services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus for integration.
• Knowledge of PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps portals and Unified Service Desk.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
