Description

You will lead the technical design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions for global customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical workshops and design sessions covering extensions, data conversion, environment provisioning, and application integration.
• Define technical requirements by working directly with customers and end-users.
• Provide technical consulting for business applications, including configuration, installation, customization, and ISV integrations.
• Drive development efforts for solution enhancements, maintenance, and complex full life-cycle implementations.
• Advise on industry standards for Microsoft business applications and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of ERP development experience.
• 4+ years of specific experience migrating from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 to D365 within the retail or commerce sector.
• Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 and AX application stack, server architecture, web services, and security.
• Proficiency in X++, .NET, C#, and Visual Studio.
• Hands-on experience with XML, Azure, AIF, CDX, CRT, and MDX.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Model (ALM).
• Proven track record in data migration, performance optimization, and integration.
• Strong ability to communicate technical requirements to client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI, Power App, Flow, and Common Data Services (CDS).
• Current Microsoft Dynamics 365 development or Azure certifications.
• Functional knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Sales.
