Description

You will design, configure, and develop solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, focusing on high-volume contact center systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Dynamics 365 components including entities, forms, views, charts, and relationships.
• Develop custom .NET and plugin code to extend platform functionality.
• Execute data migrations using Azure Data Factory and manage integrations with Azure services.
• Perform requirements and fit/gap analysis to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including system configuration, deployments, and project timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution development.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 application configuration and customization.
• Proficiency with Power Apps and Dataverse configuration.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as KingswaySoft or Scribe.
• Strong background in writing custom .NET and plugin code.
• Experience with Azure and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with security permission management and workflow creation.
• Ability to develop transition plans, implementation plans, and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
