Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of Dynamics CRM environments, from infrastructure deployment to custom application development and performance tuning.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM infrastructure installation, configuration, and deployment.
• Execute CRM customizations including data models, forms, views, plugins, and workflows.
• Lead Dynamics CRM cloud migrations and on-premises architectural implementations.
• Optimize CRM performance through deep technical analysis and tuning.
• Integrate CRM systems and troubleshoot client-side and networking issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (2015+ build versions and upgrade cycles).
• Proficiency in C# .NET and JavaScript for CRM customization.
• Strong SQL knowledge for business application performance tuning.
• Technical expertise in IIS (Internet Information Services) and networking.
• Hands-on experience with CRM deployment and configuration.
• Ability to manage CRM infrastructure and data model design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-level support and administration for Dynamics CRM environments.
