Description

You will lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of enterprise-level Dynamics 365 solutions, translating complex business requirements into scalable, compliant systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and define technical solutions.
• Customize and configure core modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with existing enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Provide post-implementation support, performance tuning, and user training.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Deep expertise in configuring Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Adherence to industry best practices for solution quality and compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with post-implementation support and user training facilitation.
