Description

You will lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CPQ and Quote-to-Invoice implementations within complex enterprise environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design for quoting, pricing, invoicing, and returns management.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules including CPQ, Sales, Invoicing, and B2B Returns.
• Define solution architecture, business rules, and workflows in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
• Execute test plans covering unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
• Support integrations between CPQ, ERP, CRM, and external pricing engines.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• 7+ years of experience in Quote-to-Invoice processes, including pricing, invoicing, and returns.
• Techno-functional expertise in CPQ and Dynamics 365 Sales and Finance modules.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365 plugins.
• Experience configuring product catalogs, pricing rules, approval workflows, and invoicing logic.
• Proficiency in advanced reporting using Power BI or SSRS.
• Experience integrating CPQ with external ERP or contract management tools.
• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 Sales, Finance, or Power Platform.

Preferred Skills

• Industry experience in manufacturing, distribution, or B2B high-tech sectors.
