Lead the architecture and technical implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Design scalable systems that align with business objectives and ensure strict adherence to performance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, defining system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
• Lead technical implementations, conducting architectural reviews to drive continuous improvement and system scalability.
• Provide strategic guidance on integrating Dynamics Co-pilot to enhance CRM capabilities and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and mentor technical teams during development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Deep understanding of CRM architecture and design principles.
• Proven expertise in integrating and leveraging Dynamics Co-pilot within CRM environments.
• Strong technical leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels to define system requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CRM Architecture.
• Any Graduate degree.
