Description

You will design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions through custom configurations, integrations, and technical architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations to meet specific business requirements.
• Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and scalable architectural designs.
• Develop and maintain CRM entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
• Integrate CRM with enterprise systems including ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues through debugging, performance tuning, and error handling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Microsoft CRM 365 Developer or Architect.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for extending Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Experience using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Working knowledge of Azure Services.
• Deep understanding of CRM data models, workflows, and plugin development.
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable CRM architectures.
• Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certifications.
