Description

Provide technical and functional production support for Dynamics 365 CRM and Finance environments. You will own the resolution of production issues and ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and automation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and infrastructure alerts to ensure rapid response to system issues.
• Own and resolve open support tickets while adhering to established service level agreements.
• Recommend and implement technical solutions to mitigate recurring production issues.
• Identify and execute automation opportunities to improve system stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 production support.
• Deep functional experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and modify existing CRM applications.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to deliver solutions quickly while working directly with clients.
• Degree in any graduate field.
