Description

You will develop and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM environment, building complex integrations and customizations across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Case Management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build complex customizations and integrations within Dynamics 365.
• Develop solutions using Power Apps components including Model Driven, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals.
• Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
• Write plugins, workflows, and customize portals and ribbons.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management).
• Expertise in Power Apps (Model Driven, Canvas App, Power Automate, Power Portal).
• Proficiency in .NET programming.
• Experience with JavaScript and Portal customization.
• Knowledge of API-based complex integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure and D365 integration patterns (Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
• Ability to build Customer Journey Insights.
