Description

Design, develop, and maintain custom components for Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, including plugins, workflows, and Copilot Studio solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, Portals) and automate business processes using Power Automate.
• Develop Copilot Studio solutions, including intelligent chatbots with NLU/NLG capabilities and custom topics.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems via REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and translation of functional requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and the Dynamics SDK.
• Strong knowledge of Copilot Studio, conversational AI design, and AI Builder.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and ALM best practices.
• Ability to implement REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Dataverse integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
• Experience with PCF controls, Power Pages, and advanced AI integrations.
