Description

You will design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business objectives. You will manage solution components in the GCC, including creating managed and unmanaged solutions, configuring publishers, and handling versioning. You will collaborate with other development groups to leverage existing functionality and ensure cohesive team delivery.

Responsibilities

• Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms, views, charts, and dashboards.
• Manage entities, including ownership, properties, and custom fields.
• Configure field customizations, calculated fields, rollup fields, and global option sets.
• Implement entity relationships, cascading rules, and entity mapping.
• Develop business rules, workflows, dialogs, and business process flows.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in creating and managing managed and unmanaged solutions.
• Experience configuring publishers, versions, and solution components.
• Strong knowledge of entity management, field customizations, and relationships.
• Ability to implement business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
• Experience working in a GCC environment.
• Ability to provide training and documentation for system changes.
