Description

You will design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Customize forms, views, charts, and dashboards to meet user needs.
• Manage solution components in the GCC, including creating managed and unmanaged solutions.
• Configure publishers, handle versioning, and manage entity ownership and properties.
• Implement business rules, workflows, dialogs, and business process flows.
• Provide training and documentation for system changes and collaborate with development groups.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in creating and managing managed and unmanaged solutions.
• Experience configuring publishers, versions, and solution components.
• Strong knowledge of entity management, field customizations, and relationships.
• Ability to implement business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
• Experience working in a GCC environment.
