Description

You will perform functional testing for CRM systems, collaborating directly with development and test engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Author and execute manual test scripts to validate software functionality.
• Analyze complex software systems to design and implement testing strategies.
• Identify, log, and track bugs while communicating QA results and risks to stakeholders.
• Create QA tasks in Azure DevOps and monitor burn-down charts to ensure task completion.
• Investigate defects and perform continuous improvement on regression tests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software testing or development.
• Practical understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for task tracking and bug reporting.
• Experience with Data Validation, Integration, and Usability testing.
• Proficiency in the SDLC within an Agile environment.
• Ability to analyze testing results and metrics to improve future test plans.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with call center applications.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage projects.
