Description

You will own functional testing for Dynamics 365 CRM environments, ensuring software quality through rigorous manual validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author and execute manual test scripts to validate functionality across Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Decompose complex systems to design effective testing strategies covering functional, usability, integration, and data validation.
• Identify, log, and track bugs in Azure DevOps (ADO) while managing continuous improvement of regression tests.
• Communicate QA results, risks, and project status to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers to suggest improvements for product quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in testing or development.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Salesforce CRM, or other CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in manual test script creation and execution.
• Strong understanding of SDLC within an Agile environment.
• Experience using MS Office tools.
• Ability to manage QA tasks and monitor burn-downs in Azure DevOps.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with call center applications.
• Ability to work independently and self-manage projects.
