Description

You will integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft Copilot and implement AI-driven workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with Microsoft Copilot.
• Apply AI and machine learning concepts to CRM workflows.
• Develop and maintain custom logic using C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Support business processes through technical implementation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot integration.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in C#.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Proficiency in SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
