Description

You will design, configure, and implement tailored Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions aligned with client business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes to Dynamics 365 capabilities and propose practical technical solutions.
• Design and implement CRM architecture, including entities, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and work with managed solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure solutions align with industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations.
• Proven track record of 2-3 full-cycle projects involving Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with Plugins, SSIS, and Logic Apps.
• Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills to identify gaps and design effective technical architectures.
• Ability to work onsite in Kolkata 2-3 days per week.
• 4 hours of overlap during US PST hours.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications such as MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, or PL-200.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, or Azure.
