Description

Architect and implement scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CRM architecture, including data models, security, and integrations with ERP, Azure, and third-party systems.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) using plugins, workflows, and PCF.
• Lead data migration, system upgrades, and modernization initiatives while ensuring performance and compliance standards.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to development teams in an Agile environment.
• Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.
• 3+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, REST APIs, and Web API.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Azure services, including Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, and Microsoft Graph API.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
• Experience with AI Builder, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
