- Microsoft Dynamics CRM expertise.
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Amazon Redshift.
- Salesforce integration experience.
- Familiarity with RingCentral and Salesforce integration.
- Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with call center operations and ticketing systems.
