Description

You will provide production support for Dynamics 365 Finance and CRM environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and infrastructure alerts to ensure rapid response to incidents.
• Identify, recommend, and implement solutions to mitigate recurring production issues.
• Own and resolve open support tickets in accordance with established service level agreements.
• Develop and implement automation opportunities to improve system stability and efficiency.
• Configure, develop, and troubleshoot existing applications following best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in production support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proven ability to configure and develop within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Experience troubleshooting and modifying existing applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Any Graduate degree.
