Description

You will lead the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for a government client.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical lifecycle from problem identification to solution implementation.
• Develop detailed technical documentation including Business Requirements Documents and deployment plans.
• Design and execute test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Manage data migration from legacy CRM systems and third-party platforms.
• Provide end-user support and present technical reports to management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365, MS CRM, and IS architecture.
• Proven experience as a project lead or senior architect/developer.
• Expertise in Power Platform technologies, including Model-driven applications and Power Automate flows.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience developing reports using SSRS.
• Ability to integrate MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of Case Management module functionalities, including routing, assignment, and queues.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with PowerApps.
