Description

Design and implement complex solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, owning system architecture, custom development, and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture that integrates Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to extend platform functionality.
• Build and maintain custom applications using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Oversee data migration, integration, and synchronization to ensure data integrity and governance.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to optimize system scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 solution design and architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in customization and development using Dynamics technologies.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Management.
• 5+ years of experience in Performance Optimization.
• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership and acting as a subject matter expert.
• Proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience in Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Ability to document technical designs and train end-users.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
