Key Responsibilities

 

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including workflows, plugins, business rules, and security configurations.
• Build and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps and automate business processes through Power Automate.
• Design and manage Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, forms, and security controls.
• Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and JavaScript/C#/.NET.
• Manage source code using Git and implement CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Perform unit testing, deployment, troubleshooting, production support, and technical documentation.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience.
  
   

Required Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform products.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture and security concepts.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control management.
• Proven experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
