Description

You will develop, maintain, and optimize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements analysis to release.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write maintainable, efficient, and secure code to meet customer configurations and business requirements.
• Participate in requirements analysis, unit testing, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, collaborating with senior engineers to resolve blockers.
• Mentor junior software engineers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Engage in client communications and contribute to improving the release process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (On-Premise and 365) and PowerApps.
• Backend development proficiency in C# and SSIS.
• Frontend development experience with ASP.NET and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with Git version control and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with XRM framework.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Experience engaging in direct partner and client communications.
