Description

You will design, develop, and maintain customizations for the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, owning the full solution lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows to extend platform functionality.
• Architect and implement integrations using web APIs, API gateways, and queuing systems.
• Manage platform security, governance, data modeling, and solution lifecycle.
• Execute bulk data synchronization between cloud and local data stores.
• Collaborate with architects and infrastructure teams to resolve technical nuances.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience coding and customizing Dynamics 365 CE (Online/On-premises).
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET and T-SQL.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and FetchXML.
• Deep understanding of SOAP and REST API technologies.
• Expertise in platform non-code customization and app management.
• Experience with Jira and Agile development processes.
• Knowledge of user licensing and online capacity management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for enterprise reporting.
• Functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.
