Description

You will design and implement technical solutions across MS Dynamics 365 online and on-premises environments, owning the full lifecycle from requirements analysis to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design security models and implement out-of-the-box configurations.
• Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, and form customizations.
• Build integrations using middleware, APIs, and Azure services.
• Set up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms.
• Manage CRM administration, including console jobs and data tier components.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 and earlier versions.
• Strong proficiency in C#.Net and JavaScript.
• Deep experience with MS CRM SDK and MSD developer toolkit.
• Hands-on SQL Server development, including MS SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Experience with REST and ODATA Web APIs.
• Knowledge of Kingswaysoft middleware for 3rd party integrations.
• Practical use of Azure Functions and Service Bus for integrations.
• Experience with PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Apps portals.
• Knowledge of Unified Service Desk customization and deployment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications for Sales, Service, or Customizations.
